Ever since I was young, I have been interested in stories and how they connect us through art of all forms. The significance of the items we possess guided me into endeavors that explored the beauty in the world.
I first began pursuing my creative endeavors through art. I have been an artist all my life. I have won several awards for my paintings, had my work shown in galleries, and regularly received commission work from anyone I knew.
In 2015, I began to pursue a bachelor's degree in Industrial Design at the University of Houston.
Throughout my student career, I gained experience designing various products. I have created simple things like pencil holders, speakers, and tea sets, but I also had the opportunity to have collaborative projects with the watch company MEGHANI (formerly Grand Time) and Texas Children's Hospital. Through these projects, I have understood more about the stories and emotions that come with the design process.
As a designer, I want to create designs that my user can emotionally connect with. Nothing sparks a bond like the admiration of design.
